Masco Products is parent company of Arrow Fastener, a New Jersey-based consumer durable products company best known for its award winning manual staple guns, has a rare opportunity for the selected candidate to develop new businesses, manage the development of new products, and have an impact on our company. In this leadership role, the ideal candidate will collaborate across the entire product development and management cycle, including but not limited to: new product realization, planning process, timely release, pricing, and marketing/promotion launch.
The selected candidate will possess a minimum of 5 -7 years experience in product management and marketing. A BS degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering or related degree is required, MBA (preferred). Experience within a consumer durables or related industry experience will be considered a plus. Excellent computer skills are a must. Qualified candidates should forward their resume and salary history.
