We currently have a position opening for a Labor Planning Analyst to work out of our Global Corporate Headquarters in Wayne, NJ.  The Labor Planning Analyst is primarily responsible for conducting work measurement studies and evaluating the results to maintain current labor models. This is accomplished through conducting in store time studies for the analysis of store level employee activity/process for business optimization.    In addition, this role will collect and compile data to correlate with time study observations and assess store operations, determine opportunities, recommend improvements and implement programs, processes, equipment and systems to improve store productivity.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate to be interviewed for this position will possess a 4 year undergraduate degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering or related discipline) and approximately 1 to 3 years work experience (experience in a retail environment is preferred).  Labor planning/analysis and/or process improvement experience is strongly desired. He/She will also possess a high proficiency using MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-Word, MS-Outlook and strong analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills. The incumbent will be an organizer and a problem solver with the ability to build successful teams.  The ability to multi-task and prioritize projects is essential.  30% travel is required for this role.
